Mediacorp is participating in the following scholarship programmes that are open to Singapore Citizens interested in pursuing full time media-related undergraduate studies.
(i) Singapore Digital (SG:D) Scholarship
The Singapore Digital (SG:D) Scholarship, awarded by Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), empowers Singaporean students interested in pursuing Infocomm Media (ICM) studies at the undergraduate level with a wealth of opportunities and scholars can serve their bond in an ICM-related job role in any industry (as approved by IMDA).
IMDA is looking to award the scholarship to suitable A/IB/IP Level or Polytechnic diploma holders pursuing an ICM-related degree at a local or overseas university. Scholars under the programme can serve their bond in an ICM-related job role in the organisation of their choice (as approved by IMDA), including Mediacorp.
Preferred courses of study for application to Mediacorp:
- Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) studies including Computer Science, Business IT, Information Security, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Sciences etc.
- Media-related courses in Communications, Journalism, Broadcast, etc.
- Content production-related courses.

(ii) Singapore Industry Scholarship (SgIS)
The Singapore Industry Scholarship (SgIS) targeting young Singaporean talent who are keen to contribute to leading organisations in Singapore's strategic sectors.
Scholarship schemes include:
- Full-Term, if you are going to embark on full-time local undergraduate studies
- Mid-Term (Local), if you are currently pursuing full-time undergraduate studies in a local university.
Preferred courses of study for application to Mediacorp:
- Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences
- Communications, Journalism, Political Science
- Engineering (Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Information Technology)
- Information & Communications Technology (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science & Analytics, Information Engineering & Media, Information Systems Technology & Design)
- Science (Mathematics, Statistics)
