HOW TO STAY RELEVANT FOR THE FUTURE WORKPLACE


The objective of the campaign was to inform Singaporeans about how they can proactively ensure employability in an ever-changing job market, regardless of age.

 

 


CONTENT

DIGITAL

We created a digital publication with three content pillars addressing people in their early, mid, and late careers.

A digital publication “How to stay relevant for the future workplace” formed the core content pillar of the campaign.

TV/VIDEO

Each pillar was anchored by a 'vox pop' video highlighting career concerns in the specific age group, complemented with motion-graphics videos.

We took to the streets to ask Singaporeans about their job concerns. Motion-graphics videos were created for each age group, each with three easy-to-understand tips on how to stay relevant in the workplace.

RADIO

Two of the content angles were adapted for radio to achieve wider reach among Singaporeans across four languages.

Open talks were run in English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil across the stations' morning belts to extend the reach of the campaign’s messaging.
