Kenneth Kong

Kenneth Kong is a DJ at Mediacorp’s Chinese radio station, Love 972. Crowned as champion in a DJ search competition, Kenneth started his showbiz career in 2001 as a Radio Presenter. He then primarily anchored in a drivetime radio show.

Among those that Kenneth hosted, some were titled the highest rated evening show and were even awarded Best Radio Show in one of the entertainment awards in 2009. Kenneth also ranked third in the Best Male DJ category the same year. Voted the Best Male Lead in the 100-Episodes Radio Drama, Kenneth did not limit his acting only to radio. He was successfully cast in Starhub mini-TV series 《龙虎英雄传》, directed by Molby Low (Wawa Pictures), and the movie Blood Ties《还魂》, directed by 蔡于位。

Kenneth has hosted on the news online portal since the year 2007. Webcast hosting gave him the perfect training ground, perfecting his hosting skill, and leading him to move to Mediacorp TV.

Joining the Chinese Current Affairs team as Good Morning Singapore《早安您好》presenter, he then moved on to the evening prime time show Hello Singapore《狮城有约》as Channel 8 revamped the current affairs content. Kenneth was one of the anchor current affairs presenters on Channel 8.

He currently hosts the evening drive show from 5 pm to 8 pm.
