Romeo Tan is a Singapore actor who came in fourth in Star Search 2010, a Singapore TV reality competition, but very quickly landed himself a role in the police TV series C.L.I.F right after.

In 2012, he played a variety of roles, from a disabled person in the action-packed TV series Unriddle to a villain in Joys Of Life, Romeo earned himself the Rocket Award for biggest breakthrough and triple nominations at Star Awards 2013.

Romeo was cast for the lead role in the local TV series, Sudden. In 2014 he headlined the TV series Yes We Can! and clinched his first Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes award at Star Awards 2014.  Romeo did his first Singapore and Taiwan co-production, All is Well in 2019.

In 2022, Romeo also acted for a co-production, Twisted Strings, in Taiwan, in which the executive producer is award winner director Hou Hsiao-hsien. He acted alongside Sylvia Chang, Yi Ti Yao, Chun-Hao Tuan, and more.

Apart from acting, Romeo directed the telemovie The Droner in 2019. He is also passionate about photography.
