Mediacorp’s Management Trainee Programme (MTP) is a 24-month structured rotational programme designed for early-career graduates who want to build strong professional foundations in the media industry through hands-on contribution, learning, and exposure to real business operations.
As Singapore’s largest content creator and national media network, Mediacorp offers a unique environment where creativity, operations, and public service intersect, often in fast-paced and time-sensitive settings.
About the Programme:
Management Trainees will complete four 6-month rotations across different business units, which may include content, marketing, newsroom, and other core media functions.
Rotations may involve shift work, weekend schedules, outdoor environments, or operational duties, depending on the nature of the role.
The programme focuses on developing capable, adaptable individual contributors through on-the-job learning, exposure to different teams, and regular feedback.

What We Are Looking For:
- Degree graduates in any discipline (early career and graduating students)
- Graduating university student in 2026, or have graduated since 2024
- 0-2 years of post-graduation work experience
- Grounded interest in the media industry, with a willingness to learn across both creative and operational aspects of the business
- Professional communication and collaboration, with the ability to work respectfully with others and take guidance
- Learning agility and analytical thinking, including openness to feedback and applying learning in unfamiliar contexts
- Adaptability, resilience, and work ethic, particularly in fast-moving environments with changing priorities or schedules
Selection process:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a structured selection process, which may include a combination of video and in-person interviews, individual and group exercises, and assessments.
