Ground-breaking collaborative project first to feature narrated 4D virtual tours of show flats

Singapore, 25 September 2020 – The upcoming Singapore Property Show (SPS) 2020 is set to be the nation’s largest virtual real estate show, offering more than 16 of the latest launched private property projects for sale. It will be the first online property show held here to feature narrated tours of virtual show flats, as the real estate industry adapts to new norms amid evolving consumer preferences for virtual viewings and digital transactions. In addition, potential buyers and investors can look forward to property webinars by real estate experts.

SPS 2020 also marks the first three-way partnership of its kind between Singapore’s national media network and largest content creator Mediacorp, Singapore's largest listed real estate agency PropNex, and Singapore’s fastest growing property portal will serve as the platform to host spotlighted developments via virtual tours and webinar signups. Meanwhile, PropNex will offer insider tips and insights on real estate trends through a comprehensive series of webinars conducted by industry frontrunners, and Mediacorp will amplify public awareness and engagement through publicity across its extensive multiplatform network. By leveraging the respective strengths of each partner, SPS 2020 aims to empower consumers to make informed decisions in their property purchases, promote digitalisation of the real estate ecosystem and in the process, boost economic activity in the property sector as a whole. 

Hosted on, SPS 2020 will run from 10 October to 4 December 2020 with the following highlights:

·       Every project listing will be embedded with virtual 4D tours of online show flats guided by voiceover that will point out highlights of the units. As viewers navigate the virtual unit, their locations within the unit will be continually updated on a floor plan at the corner of their screens.

·       From 10 October to 1 November 2020, a series of 26 webinars will be helmed by PropNex’s network of industry experts. These webinars will walk attendees through 17 virtual open houses, as well as cover wide-ranging topics such as tips on identifying property with strong growth attributes, financial planning for early retirement and improving feng shui in one’s home. Webinar viewers stand to win up to $3,000 in lucky draw cash prizes. Property hunters can also sign up for virtual or live tours of selected developments through SPS 2020.

·       Instant mortgage calculators will provide property seekers an immediate indication of the financial considerations for their unit of choice. Chief Executive Officer Darius Cheung said: “COVID-19 has hastened digital transformation, with consumers seeking to minimise physical interaction while property hunting. The Singapore Property Show provides a safe environment so consumers can focus on finding their dream home without worrying about health risks. With the ability to view several show flats in a matter of minutes and access mortgage information at their fingertips, viewers won’t be missing the hassle of travel and crowds at physical show flats.”
