Mediacorp offers the highest national reach of 4.2 million (People 15+ weekly) across its integrated media platforms – TV, Radio, Newspaper, Magazine, Digital and Out of Home, accordingly to the latest Nielsen Singapore Media Index Report 2016.
The study was conducted between July 2015 to June 2016 and surveyed 4,660 of the Singapore population, aged 15 and above, on their media consumption. Results are weighted by age, gender and race to be representative of the Singapore population.
- Free to air TV is the #1 medium to reach the masses, with 85.5% weekly reach (3.6 million People 15+)
- Free to air TV across all channels grew 2.4% in weekly viewership over 2015
- Channel 8 remains #1 TV Channel, with 56.7% weekly reach (2.4 million People 15+)
