Love at Cavenagh Bridge_1760x990

This Toggle Original series features unique stories of love on Singapore’s oldest bridge. TX 31 May.

Cavenagh Bridge is the oldest bridge across the Singapore River to have survived in its original form. Completed in 1869, it was built to commemorate Singapore’s addition to the British Empire’s straits colony. The historical bridge not only serves as a connection between the two commercial districts, but over the years has witnessed countless romances – some with happy endings, others not so blessed.

The latest in Toggle’s line-up of bite-sized originals, ‘Love at Cavenagh Bridge’ tells the stories of ten couples, each poignant and unforgettable in its own way. The series will have ten episodes, each lasting 15 minutes, featuring couples played by Felicia Chin and Jeffrey Xu, Andie Chen and Kate Pang, Kimberly Chia and Aloysius Pang, and Jeremy Chan and Paige Chua, among others. Xiang Yun, Jayley Woo and Pierre Png also add their star power to the series.
