We provide apprenticeship opportunities to recent graduates and mid-career switchers. For a 12-month period, our apprentices will be part of our editorial production team where they will gain in-depth exposure of suitable roles and be trained and mentored by industry professionals.

Talent Pool Selection Criteria
Fresh Graduates
  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communications/ Mass Media Management/ Film, Sound & Video/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Audio Engineering or its equivalent
  • Good academic results
  • Highly motivated and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate effectively
Mid-Career Switchers
  • At least A Diploma in any discipline
  • Good academic results
  • More than three years of working experience
  • Highly motivated, team player and positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate and interact with different stakeholders
Program Structure
Production Services Apprentice
  • 12 months training
  • Structured learning via on-the-job training and participation in job-related courses
  • Depending on the apprentice performance and business need, the incumbent may be hired after the training.
