MediaCorp broadcasts Prime Minister’s National Day Rally Speech 2011 ‘live’
Singapore, 12 August 2011 – MediaCorp will broadcast Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s National Day Rally Speech 2011 ‘live’ on Sunday 14 August 2011. The full speech will be broadcast from 6.45pm on its television channels and radio channels.
There will be two parts to the speech:
Part 1: 6.45pm to 7.30pm – PM Lee will deliver his speech first in Malay, then in Mandarin.
Part 2: 8.00pm to 9.30pm – PM Lee will deliver his speech in English.
Relevant portions of PM’s speech will be voiced in the language of the channel and station. For Vasantham and Oli 96.8FM, the broadcast will be completely voiced-over in Tamil.

The telecast of the rally on Ch 5, 8 and Vasantham will be made available through xinmsn Catch-Up TV at xinmsn.com/catchup and the English radio podcast at http://entertainment.xin.msn.com/en/radio/podcast.
