MEclub wins the Gold award for "Best Use of Loyalty Related Technology"

Singapore, 11 October 2013 – MediaCorp’s loyalty programme – MEclub is proud to have won the Gold award for Best Use of Loyalty Related Technology at Loyalty & Engagement Awards 2013. Organized by Marketing Magazine, the Loyalty & Engagement Awards emerged from the need for a platform to recognise excellent marketing decisions and initiatives by consumer-centric marketers. Winners were announced at the Awards Gala Dinner, held at Parkroyal on Pickering on Thursday, 10 October 2013.

MEclub recently celebrated its first anniversary celebrations in August and rewarded members with 500 tickets to Korean pop group B.A.P via social media campaigns, as well as online redemptions of limited edition autographed posters and albums. Since its inception one year ago, MEclub has tripled its member base and garnered over 50,000 downloads of its loyalty mobile app. MEclub’s revamped mobile app hosts an improved user-friendly, new social plugins and easier social sharing of rewards. MEclub’s recent accolades comprise the Social Media Excellence Award for Loyalty World Asia Awards 2013 and the Bronze Award for Best Loyalty Marketingfor MOB-EX Awards 2013.
