MediaCorp broadcasts Prime Minister’s National Day Rally Speech 2010 'LIVE'
Singapore, 23 August 2010 – MediaCorp will broadcast Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s National Day Rally Speech 2010 'LIVE' on Sunday 29 August 2010 from 6.45pm.
As in previous years, there will be two parts to the speech:
Part 1: 6.45pm to 7.30pm – PM Lee will deliver his speech first in Malay, then in Mandarin.
Part 2: 8pm to 10pm – PM Lee will deliver his speech in English.
Details of the broadcast schedule are as follows:

The highlights of the rally speech will be telecast on the following channels and timeslots.
English: Saturday 4 Sep 6pm-7pm Channel 5
Mandarin: Thursday 2 Sep 10.30pm-11.30pm Channel 8
Malay: Thursday 2 Sep 1.30pm-2.30pm Suria
The National Day Rally in English will be streamed live on channelnewsasia.com/rally. The site will also offer live blogging of main points of the speech, updates and comments by Facebook and Twitter users as well as polls. Audio podcasts and video clips of the speech in Malay, Mandarin and English will be available after the speech is delivered.
