MediaCorp launches Style:Men, a monthly fashion and style magazine for Singaporean men


Singaporean men Singapore, 20 August 2009 – Aimed at the Singaporean man who embraces fashion, grooming and a stylish lifestyle, Style:Men hits the newsstands as a standalone magazine today.

First introduced in 2004 as an in-book supplement to Style: -- MediaCorp’s flagship fashion title magazine for women -- Style:Men has captured the minds of sartorialist and budding trendsetters alike. In just five years, Style:Men has established itself as an authority on men’s fashion and grooming and is now set to further raise the fashion bar in Singapore as a full-fledged magazine.

Through up-to-date, insightful commentary on fashion, highly arresting fashion spreads through collaborations with top photographers, and provocative opinions on men’s style and grooming by fashion insiders and well-known purveyors of style, Style:Men will be every reader’s compass for new directions and style advances both at home and abroad.

Highlights in the debut issue includes a cover feature on Singapore’s original top male model; the appeal of the grey suit; the menswear designers who are changing the face of international men’s fashion; the latest runway trends; the classic wardrobe staple that is the trench-coat; and the latest grooming and watch news a man should know.
