  • Sherly Devonne Ng

    Sherly is a versatile actress-singer who started her entertainment career after taking part in a singing competition in 2013. Since then, Sherly has landed many acting roles in shows like That Girl in Pinafore, Fiends & Foes, Tanglin, to name a few.

    While her younger supporters might not be aware of her singing ability, Sherly is determined to overcome her fears of performing and stand on stage once again to sing for everyone.

  • Jeremy Chan

    Jeremy Chan is a multi-talented host, actor and singer. He was talent-spotted after he joined Mediacorp’s singing competition Project SuperStar in 2006. He then started his acting journey in 2009 and was subsequently casted in various dramas and movies. Most recently, Jeremy brought home the “Best Comedy Performance” award at the Asian Academy Creative Awards 2018 for his role in My Agent Is A Hero.

    This year, Jeremy took on the main male lead role in the supernatural comedy-drama Crouching Tiger Hidden Ghost where he also sang the theme song, titled “Chaos”. This has given him the confidence to set off again as a singer in pursuit of his singing dreams.

  • Gao Mei Gui

    A passionate singer, Gao Mei Gui first participated in Mediacorp’s talent hunt competition Campus SuperStar in 2006 before joining the entertainment scene as a part-time DJ after graduating from university. She currently co-hosts the DAKA Morning show on Mediacorp’s Chinese radio station YES 933 with Jeff and Chen Ning. Apart from playing great songs on-air for listeners as a DJ, Mei Gui has also collaborated with other singers and produced various song covers, including a Chinese rendition of JJ Lin’s English ballad “Bedroom”, and the theme song of Channel 8’s drama The Heartland Hero, etc. With this opportunity, Mei Gui will now stand on stage again to present good music to cheer everyone on.

  • Leon Lim

    Leon Lim has been in the limelight since emerging as first runner-up in the second season of MasterChef Singapore in April this year. Previously a full-time Chinese tutor, it has been an unbelievable journey to becoming a celebrity chef now.

    Yet, the 33-year-old Leon believes he can continue to achieve more. After years of arduous training, he now wants to pursue his singing dreams. With the voice of an angel, Leon Lim even signed up for Singapore Idol in his late teens! His goal is to be like JJ Lin, where he can shine and bring Singapore-made music to the international stage. While some may think that he is a hopeless dreamer, Leon Lim believes that action speaks louder than words and hopes to use this competition to challenge himself.

  • Aden Tan

    Aden Tan’s affinity with the music scene started when he worked as a supervisor at fashion brand boutique owned by local singer JJ Lin. After being inspired to join the entertainment industry, Aden went for a movie audition in 2014 and began his career as an artiste.

    Since 2017, Aden Tan has been releasing his new songs on Spotify and other streaming platforms to positive response. Having collaborated previously with fellow contestant Rao Zi Jie on cover songs, he now sees this competition as an opportunity to bond with his old friend.

  • Ridhwan

    Ren Yi Xiang, which means diligence, perseverance and benevolence, is a stage name given to Ridhwan by his Chinese friends. His singing career started at the age of 16 when he took part in Campus SuperStar in 2009. His passion for singing Chinese songs began when he dated a Chinese girl in his teenage years. 2018 marks an important year for Ridhwan as he became an entrepreneur. While juggling between managing his production company and YouTube channel, his love for singing Chinese songs remains. His goal is to release his own Chinese songs one day.

  • Yang Guang Ke Le

    Just like her stage name, Yang Guang Ke Le has a bubbly and positive disposition. Originally a getai singer, Ke Le is a natural crowd pleaser and can interact well with people of all ages.

    After coming in as one of the Top 5 in the Getai Challenge in 2018, Yang Guang Ke Le advanced into acting and hosting and has since been involved in many local dramas and variety programmes. Some of her project include Old is Gold, The Takedown, Happy Go Lucky and Curious City. She has now finally come full circle and will be returning to the singing stage once again.

  • Rao Zi Jie

    Rao Zi Jie participated in his first-ever singing competition, Campus SuperStar in 2007 at the mere age of 18 then. This competition eventually kickstarted his acting career in Singapore.

    At the same time, he continued to pursue his singing dream by taking part in two singing competitions in Taiwan. In 2019, Zi Jie released his first single “Tick Tock”, dedicated the song to his mother. He is hoping to shed his comedian image and be known as a singer through this competition.
