ABOUT INKSPIRATION
Calling all Chinese scriptwriters! Whether you’re new to storytelling or looking to refine your craft, 《Inkspiration》 is your space to grow. Supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), this initiative aims to discover and nurture the next generation of local Chinese storytellers. Open to all scriptwriters, both new and experienced, the programme offers mentorship and training.
华文编剧请注意！ 无论您是故事创作的新手，还是希望精进技艺的编剧，《一剧成名梦工坊》 都是您成长和发展的舞台。在资讯通信媒体发展局（IMDA）的支持下，本计划旨在发掘和培养新一代本地华语编剧。该计划面向所有编剧，所有入选的参与者将获得专业导师的指导机会。
PROGRAMME DETAILS
The inaugural edition of 《Inkspiration》 is now open for submissions until 28th February 2025. Selected participants will receive mentorship and masterclasses from award-winning scriptwriters and industry experts. These sessions will focus on key aspects of scriptwriting, including building stories, creating characters, and writing authentic dialogue. At the end of the five-month mentorship, the top six concepts will be selected through a final pitching session, with their concepts advancing to pilot episode development.

《一剧成名梦工坊》现已开放征稿，截止日期为2025年2月28日。入选的参与者将有机会接受知名编剧和行业大师的专业指导与培训。课程内容涵盖故事构建、角色塑造、真实对话创作等。为期五个月的指导期结束后，将通过最终提案环节选出六个概念，并将其发展为试播集。

- Format: 8-20 episodes

我们诚邀所有富有创意的编剧，提交符合以下条件的原创故事：
- 题材：具有新加坡元素的华语电视剧
- 格式：8-20集
- 语言：华文
ELIGIBILITY
- Applicants must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Participant must be at least 16 years of age at the time of application
- Open to all levels—experienced or entry-level writers, mid-career professionals exploring a switch and freelancers are welcome to apply.

- 申请者必须是新加坡公民或永久居民
- 参与者在申请时必须年满16岁
- 面向所有编剧。无论是编剧新手还是有经验的编剧，自由职业者，皆可参与。
SUBMISSION PROCESS
- Download the application form HERE
- Prepare your submission materials into a single PDF concept deck.
- Email the completed application form and concept deck to inkspiration@mediacorp.com.sg
- Use the subject title: [English Concept Title] Inkspiration Application Form
- Only completed applications will be reviewed
- Each participant may submit up to 5 concepts
- If you are submitting more than one concept, please submit each concept in a separate email, including the application form and concept deck.
- All submissions must be in Chinese

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Each concept must be submitted as ONE combined document in PDF format and must include the following sections, clearly labelled:
- Working Title (English & Chinese)
- Concept Idea
- Genre
- Number of episodes / Duration
- Logline
- Target Audience
- Synopsis
- Character Write-up
- Others (Optional): All other supporting materials you may find relevant. Eg. Videos, Image Reference, Visual Guide .etc
- Only original concepts are eligible. Submissions must not have been used for any past productions in any form.

NOTES
- Participants selected for the mentorship programme can receive a development fee of SGD 3,000 per month for a duration of five months.
