One of the community’s budding and upcoming chefs, Chef Renushree has a Diploma in Baking and Culinary Science, and also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Food Business Management and Culinary Arts. Chef Renu is the mentee chef to Chef S.R Bala in Raja Kaiya Vecha.

Chef Robin is a passionate chef with experience in various restaurant and company settings, striving to serve the best food possible. Recognized as a visionary chef with knowledge of food trends and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to the creation of a menu, he brings with him an in-depth knowledge of flavours and food relationships, resulting in mouth-watering dishes and attractive menus. Chef Robin is the mentee chef to Chef Anand Kumar in Raja Kaiya Vecha

Chef Clarence has been someone who has been very passionate about food since a very young age. Having seen his mum, aunt and dad cooking in the kitchen, he has since been fascinated by how different ingredients can be combined to create a beautiful, flavourful meal, resulting in a true culinary experience for the diner. Chef Clarence is the mentee chef to Chef Thanabalan in Raja Kaiya Vecha.

Chef Syahir
Chef Syahir is a graduate of Shatec with a double Diploma in Culinary Skills and Pastry & Baking. He’s currently a Head Production Chef for the halal kitchens of Iron Chef Foods Pte Ltd. Chef Syahir is the mentee chef to Chef Bob in Raja Kulinari.

Chef Rashid is a graduate of At-Sunrice Globalchef Academy with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, and is currently a Chef-de-Partie at Asador Pte Ltd. Chef Syahir is the mentee chef to Chef Iskander in Raja Kulinari.

Chef Rafi graduated from Shatec with a Diploma in Culinary Arts, and is currently a culinary trainer in Shatec. His motto is - “Cook with your heart and taste with your soul”. Chef Rafi is the mentee chef to Chef Khaled in Raja Kulinari.

Chef Dee
Chef Dee has over 15 years of culinary experience, specializing in Chinese Cuisine and has won numerous awards including top awards at Cantonese Competition by World Master Chefs Association for Cantonese Cuisine Malaysia, Lee Kum Kee Cup World Chefs Championship and The 3rd World Master Chefs Competition For Cantonese Cuisine (Macao). He was also previously the Head Chef for Mott32 at Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and is currently the Executive Chef in of the modern Chinese cuisine restaurant, Clan. Chef Dee is the mentee chef to Chef Pung in 三把刀.

Chef Siang
Specializing in Western and local cuisine, Chef Siang hails with 20 years of culinary experience, and a wealth of numerous awards from the gastronomic world including winning the awards for Winterhalter Caterer of the Year and Innovative Chef of the Year at the World Gourmet Awards 2020, and leading the team to Gold at the Culinary Olympics in 2016. He’s also had the honour to cook for illustrious heads of states through the years. Chef Siang is currently the co-founder of 3 Embers, and is the mentee chef to Chef Eric Teo in 三把刀.

Chef Alvin has over 22 years of culinary experience specializing in Asian, Straits, Peranakan, Cantonese and European cuisine. His culinary awards and accolades include being part of the top Outstanding Chefs in the Global Gourmet 2021/2020 Chef par Excellence Culinary Competitions, and part of the top 5 finalists for Chef of the Year 2019. Chef Alvin is currently an Executive Chef in Crowne Plaza Changi Airport Singapore, and and is the mentee chef to Chef Eric Neo in 三把刀.
