Ingredients:
Ingredients for Chicken tikka (red):
Chicken Breast 2pcs
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Black salt adequate amount
Yogurt 50ml
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Red food colouring adequate amt
Ginger garlic paste 20g
Mustard oil 1 tbs
 
Ingredients for Chicken tikka (white):
Chicken Breast 2pcs
Ginger garlic paste 20g
White pepper 1tsp
Garam masala ½ tsp
Yogurt 50ml
Black salt adequate amount
Cream cheese 50g
Mustard oil 1 tbs
 
Ingredients for Chicken tikka (green):
Chicken Breast 2pcs
Ginger garlic paste 20g
Garam masala ½ tsp
Yogurt 50ml
Black salt adequate amount
Lime juice 2 tbsp
Mint leaves (50g crushed /grinded)
Green food colouring adequate amt
Green chill 2 (crushed)
Mustard oil 1 tbs
 
Ingredients for mint chutney
Mint leaf 200g
Green chilli 4os
Cumin seeds 2tbs
Ginger chopped 30g
Garlic 5cloves
Lime juice 100ml
Yogurt 100ml
 

 

Directions:

  • Directions for Chicken tikka (red): Season the chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala , black salt , yogurt, lime juice, mustard oil and red food colouring and leave it to marinade. Pan sear the chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side and serve.
  • Directions for chicken tikka (white): Season the chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, white pepper ,garam masala , black salt , yogurt, mustard oil and cream cheese. Leave it to rest and Pan sear the chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side and serve.
  • Directions for chicken tikka (green): Season the chicken breast with ginger garlic paste, garam masala , black salt , yogurt, lime juice, mustard oil and Green food colouring. Crush and blend mint leaves and green chilli and add it to the marinated chicken and leave it to rest. Pan sear the chicken breast for 4 minutes on each side and serve.
  • Directions for Mint Chutney: Grind mint leaves, green chilli , cumin seeds , chopped ginger ,garlic and lime juice. Add yogurt to the mixture and whisk .Able to be seved as a dip on the side or as a drizzle on top of the chicken tikka.
