Your meconnect account may be deleted via the following method:
- Method A – Web
- Open the meconnect login portal and sign in (login.mediacorp.sg).
- On the account page, select Delete Account.
- For security, complete the One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
- Once verified, confirm the deletion to finalize the process.
- Method B – From Each App
- Open the app (mewatch / melisten / merewards / CNA / 8world / etc.), sign in and go to Profile / Account / Settings.
- Select Manage meconnect account.
- On the account page, select Delete Account.
- For security, complete the One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
- Once verified, confirm the deletion to finalize the process.
