Mediacorp and RX jointly launch global call for drama and co-production concepts

Singapore, 10 September 2024 – If you have what it takes to inspire the next big drama hit, join us and be part of the first-ever ATF x Mediacorp Drama Concepts & Co-production Pitch – now open for submissions. Creatives and production companies from around the world will stand a chance to pitch their ideas at the Asia TV Forum & Market (ATF) 2024 and walk away with $10,000 and an opportunity to work with Mediacorp to bring their proposals to life!

Co-organised by Mediacorp, Singapore’s largest content creator and RX, organiser of the annual ATF, this initiative brings together Mediacorp’s strengths in storytelling and ATF’s reach as Asia’s biggest co-production and entertainment content market to unearth fresh, original creative concepts and scripted formats from around the globe.

From now till 15 October, scriptwriters and production companies are invited to submit their concepts in the genre of drama, after which selected finalists will be invited to present their proposals to a panel of industry experts at ATF 2024, to be held from 3 to 6 December. Of these, the best three will be awarded a cash prize of $10,000 and may be offered an opportunity to collaborate with Mediacorp to co-produce or co-develop a new drama.
