Party with celebrities at the Mediacorp Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show and catch the longest single countdown fireworks display at Singapore Sports Hub

(Updated on 5 December 2024) Singapore, 27 November 2024 – Get ready to kick off the new year in grand style at Let’s Celebrate 2025, organised by Mediacorp in partnership with Singapore Sports Hub, managed by Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM). Held on 31 December at the Singapore Sports Hub, the celebration will feature fun-filled activities for all ages and a dynamic mix of live music performed by homegrown talents. At midnight, the evening will culminate in Singapore’s longest single countdown fireworks display this year that will illuminate the sky to usher in 2025!
Gather loved ones for fun-filled activities around the Hub
Partygoers can jump into the celebrations early with fun, family-friendly activities from 5.00pm at the Stadium Riverside Walk. These include UV face painting, glitter tattoos, gem embellishments, and balloon giveaways by sculpture artistes. The Neon Playground is also not to be missed as LED-lit swings and seesaws transform playtime into a glow-in-the-dark experience as night falls.
Pushing the celebrations up a notch are the colourful street performances and roving entertainment acts from the likes of versatile juggling comedian Mr Bee, local percussion group Bloco Singapura, bubble artist CJ Bubble Girl, fire twirlers and a street magician.

Get ready to party at the rocking Mediacorp Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show
Hosted by Mediacorp 987 personality Joakim Gomez and multi-hyphenated artiste Munah Bagharib, the Mediacorp Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show will unfold in two segments under the theme “Let The Music Play”. True to its name, the event will highlight the best of Singapore’s homegrown artistes, reflecting Mediacorp’s dedication to celebrating the diversity and creativity of local talents.
In the first segment, the stage will light up with electrifying performances from ALYPH, Estelle Fly, Gareth Fernandez, Iman Fandi, Tabitha Nauser, Tasha Low and Tosh Rock. Crowdgoers can expect a lively showcase of original hits that will keep one grooving all night long!
As the night deepens, the excitement will kick into high gear in the next segment, featuring powerhouse performances from some of Singapore’s most exciting talents, such as Taufik Batisah, ShiGGa Shay, Tasha Low and Regina Song.
The show will also highlight the magic of collaboration with performances by Iman Fandi and ALYPH, Tabitha Nauser and Gareth Fernandez, and Tosh Rock and Mista B. To top it off, local stars Desmond Ng, Gao Mei Gui, Hyrul Anuar, Izzathy Halil, JJ Neo, Kaushik Iyer, Pavithra Nair and Vishnu Balaji will come together for an exciting medley performance. As the night reaches its thrilling climax, partygoers can also look forward to a brilliant 15-minute fireworks display at midnight! The single longest among all fireworks displays across this year’s countdown celebrations, the visual spectacle is set to usher in the new year in style. Do keep your eyes peeled for the Let’s Celebrate 2025 LED display on the National Stadium roof too! This specially curated display is to be enjoyed in tandem with the fireworks show which comes on at the stroke of midnight.

The Mediacorp Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show’s main stage is at OCBC Square, with open-air satellite screening sites located at Stadium Roar and Water Sports Centre. The Mediacorp Let’s Celebrate 2025 countdown show is also available live on mewatch, Mediacorp Entertainment on YouTube and Mediacorp TikTok starting from 10.00pm, and on Channel 5 from 11.00pm to 12.15am. The show will also be available on demand for free on mewatch and Mediacorp Entertainment on YouTube from 1 January 2025.
