Mediacorp named inaugural Broadcaster of the Year at the World Media Festivals Television & Corporate Media Awards 2025

Singapore, 26 May 2025 – Mediacorp has been awarded the inaugural Broadcaster of the Year award at the World Media Festivals Television & Corporate Media Awards 2025 (WMF), marking a significant milestone for Singapore’s national media network.

One of the festival’s top honours, the first-ever Broadcaster of the Year was awarded to Mediacorp in recognition of its exceptional achievements across the festival, and reflects the highest overall score, earned through multiple award-winning entries that demonstrated consistent excellence.

Mediacorp received the accolade on the strength of its 47 accolades, including two Special Awards (“CORAZÓN” and “HAND IN HAND”), 18 Gold Awards, and 27 Silver Awards, across its documentaries, current affairs and entertainment content.
