Thank you for your support and interest in Mediacorp SocialHub. From 1 March 2025, SocialHub is a 100% fully managed service model with an expanded scope of service. This is in recognition of the growing demand for content creators and influencers and taking inspiration from clients’ desire for more bespoke solutions.
With this, we will have a dedicated team that looks at the strategic planning, management and content optimisation of your campaigns:

2. Do I still need to set up a new account/campaign?
No. That will no longer be necessary.
If you are a brand owner / agency, we will work closely with you to understand your needs and manage everything from strategy to execution -- without need for you to setup accounts/campaigns. Please contact your Mediacorp account manager or our team (click through to send us an email), for further assistance.
If you are an influencer / talent agency, our team will proactively reach out to you for any brand partnership opportunities.
3. I’m an influencer. Will the change to a managed service, reduce my opportunities to work with brands?
Absolutely not. With the 100% fully managed service and increased scope of service to brands, this will increase the opportunities and ways we can work with you. Our data-driven tools and approach from planning to measuring campaign impact continues to enable us to showcase your best work to brands and find more great brand partnership opportunities for you.
Importantly, our team will handle all aspects of the campaigns, streamlining the steps previously needed for setup, reporting, and technical bits – allowing you to focus on creating more amazing content.
4. What will happen to my existing campaign? Will all my data and information be lost? Will contracts and deals be honoured? How is the data secured?
Access to the platform will be available until 11.59pm on 27 January 2025, after which your account will be inaccessible. All campaign data and information remain secure and accessible on a per request basis, for up to 5 years from the campaign date. At the same time, we will ensure that campaigns will not be disrupted, with our team personally overseeing the transition. Should you require past campaign information, please reach out to your account manager, who will be able to assist you.
