    Before joining Mediacorp, Angeline was the Assistant Chief Executive Officer of the Infocomm Media Development Authority responsible for developing the Tech & Media sectors. She also oversaw the development and implementation of Singapore’s public service content strategies and initiatives.

    Prior to this, she led a regional publishing business as Managing Director of McGraw-Hill Education, spearheading the growth and digital transformation of the company’s Asia business.

    Angeline’s extensive experience in industry development and transformation was built through her career at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she held various positions.

    Film, Content Acquisition Advisor

    Angie Ng has more than 18 years of experience in media content licensing, acquisition, and distribution across television, OTT platforms, and film distribution. During her tenure at Astro Malaysia Holdings, she was responsible for content and channel distribution outside of Malaysia, while also managing film and Chinese content acquisition for the network’s channels. She later joined the OTT platform Dimsum, where the platform was the first to actively introduce and promote Thai series to the Malaysian market and grow the popularity of Thai content locally. Currently at Media Prima Berhad, Angie is part of the Film Distribution team and also acquires regional content for 8TV. In addition, she manages co-production collaborations with leading partners in Taiwan. She also supports the international theatrical distribution of Ejen Ali: The Movie 2 to markets including Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Turkey. The film achieved RM65mil, one of the highest gross box office (GBO) performances in Malaysia.

    Long Jong has close to 40 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry, taking on various leadership roles in media management, content production and distribution, talent management, live entertainment, and digital media transformation. Long Jong retired in late August 2025 from his full-time executive role after 8 years in mm2Asia as the Group CEO. Before joining mm2 in 2017, Long Jong was the Deputy CEO of Mediacorp. He currently sits on the Boards of a few commercial and charity organisations.

    Long Jong has been volunteering his services and making contributions in various national and industry projects. He is a past member of the Speak Mandarin Council, Pioneer Generation Taskforce, Advisory Board of Singapore Media Festival and Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s Advisory Committee. He is presently an advisory panelist of U, a NTU alumni magazine.

    Danny Yeo is a bilingual extraordinaire and a multi-hyphenate who has enjoyed an illustrious career with 35 years’ rich experience in various creative fields. He was a popular radio host in the 1990s, an awarded polytechnic lecturer in the 2000s, and a highly regarded host in more than 23 television documentaries, winning Best Factual Presenter at Asian Academy Creative Awards in 2020. Since 1994, he has played leading roles in more than 20 theatre plays, directed and written for over 30 stage productions across Singapore, Malaysia, Shanghai, Macau and New York, scripted five films and published six books in two languages.     Hanes Chin is a seasoned professional in content and licensing with deep expertise in the Asian film and television industry, and extensive experience across various media platforms. He currently serves as the Head of Content at Far EasTone’s friDay Video, while also holding the position of Director of Content Investment and Development at Far Broadcast Creative Co., where he is responsible for programming strategy and original content planning for the streaming platform.

    Previously, Hanes was the Senior Director of the Copyright and Licensing Department and the International Channel Division at TVBS, where he led international licensing efforts and global programming strategy. He also served as the Director of the Copyright Department at CTi Television, where he played a key role in exporting domestic content to overseas markets, enhancing the international visibility of Mandarin-language programming.

He is also an author and columnist; his novel "Fragrant Restaurant" was invited to be adapted into a drama. In 2024, his first solo talk show focusing on food, "Jacky Gor Gor QR Cook," premiered at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and was very well received. He is currently active as a radio and television host.

    Jim Lim is a well-respected Producer/Songwriter/Music Arranger/Singer in the Mandarin Pop music industry, whose career began in 1992 as a studio engineer. Equipped with multi-instrumental skills, he progressed into a self-sufficient musician who wrote, arranged, mixed and produced his own songs.

    In 1999, he formed the band 梦飞船, Dreamz FM. Using his extensive experience, he produced and co-wrote all 3 albums of Dreamz FM.     Ken Wu is a DJ and radio presenter for the Broadcasting Corporation of China and has been hosting the programme “娛樂e世代” on the I Like Radio network in Taiwan since 2000. He has won the "Best Pop Music Programme Award" at the 53rd Golden Bell Awards, and the "Best Pop Music Programme Host Award" at the 54th Golden Bell Awards. He has also hosted TVBS's "AIUEO," MTV's "日韓音樂瘋 " "我愛偶像 " and Channel [V]'s "Love JK".

    Lim Puay Keem is a veteran content creator with a career spanning decades in Singapore’s media industry. She began as a producer with the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation and rose to Executive Producer in the Chinese Variety Division, where she pioneered live TV charity productions and directed numerous large-scale shows that garnered industry acclaim, including recognition from the Asian Television Awards, New York Festivals, and the International Emmy Awards.     May-Yi Lee is the Factual & Unscripted Production Unit Lead at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) in Greater China and Southeast Asia. The unit consists of best-in-class creatives from unscripted, and is responsible for developing and sourcing original content ideas, supervising productions, nurturing production talent (both on- and off-camera) and localizing international formats. May-Yi’s team is also responsible with identifying suitable projects for WBD’s linear channels and streaming services, as well as growing audiences for its IP across Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Mediacorp, Sabanitha was a Media Consultant, providing consulting services on business transformation, product development and strategic value creation for Media & Broadcast networks in Asia. She started her career as a journalist in the UK and progressed to take on media and brand management roles in broadcast operations, content creation and network programming for several networks in the UK before moving across to Asia.

    Simone currently heads the Growth and Audio team within Mediacorp’s Consumer Group. She oversees Mediacorp’s entertainment radio stations (excluding Capital 958 and CNA 938) and leads youth engagement and digital growth initiatives across platforms such as Mediacorp Drama and Entertainment YouTube channels, TikTok, the Creators Network, 8days, and meLISTEN.

    Previously, Simone managed Mediacorp’s Chinese entertainment portfolio across television, radio, and digital platforms, spearheading transmedia content strategies and driving cross-platform audience adoption.     Eng Tiong's career is marked by a deep passion for storytelling and innovation. His directorial debut, "TRUTH BE TOLD," earned him a Best Original Film award at the Asian Film Festival of Rome in 2007 and was screened at the Shanghai International Film Festival in 2008, highlighting his contributions to the local film industry.

    As Course Chair, Eng Tiong actively collaborates with media industry partners to create opportunities for students. This collaboration enables them to innovate, explore creative storytelling, and stay abreast of youth trends. His visionary leadership and dedication to empowering the next generation of media talents make him integral to the program.

    Under Eng Tiong's guidance, the Diploma in Chinese Media & Communication inspires students to unleash their creative potential, embrace innovation, and make meaningful contributions to the vibrant world of media and communication.

His career began in the entertainment industry managing international artists before moving into television, where he led award-winning campaigns at Sony Pictures Television Networks Asia for major drama and variety franchises including Running Man and Death Note, earning two PromaxBDA Marketing Awards. He has since held senior leadership roles, including General Manager of a global multinational in Taiwan, and now serves as General Manager for China's microdrama leader COL Group International, where he oversees global content expansion and one of the world’s largest micro-drama distribution initiatives. Recognised as a strategic voice in the evolving drama ecosystem, Timothy brings a deep understanding of storytelling, audience trends and cross-platform impact, making him well positioned to judge excellence in this year’s Drama category.

    Ye Cong is an internationally respected conductor and the first in history to lead both a Western symphony orchestra and a Chinese orchestra as Music Director. He is currently the Honorary Conductor of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra and Conductor Laureate of the South Bend Symphony Orchestra (USA).

    During his leadership, Ye Cong guided the Singapore Chinese Orchestra to global prominence, with acclaimed performances across Europe — including the Barbican Centre in London, the Budapest Spring Festival, and the Edinburgh Arts Festival. He is a recipient of Singapore’s prestigious Cultural Medallion.

    Over his career, he has conducted major orchestras across Asia, Europe, and the United States, and has collaborated on numerous recordings with international labels. A dedicated educator, he regularly leads masterclasses and workshops worldwide and has held key artistic and advisory roles across leading music institutions.
