  • Dick Lee

    Creative Director, Singer-songwriter, Composer and Playwright

    Dick Lee championed the inclusion of Asian elements in pop music in the 70s and 80s, with THE MAD CHINAMAN reaching platinum status in Singapore in 3 months. In 1990, he relocated to Japan and collaborated with top Asian artists including Sandy Lam, Zoo, Jackie Cheung, Anita Mui, and Stephanie Sun. To date almost every Singaporean knows HOME by heart, the national day song he composed in 1997. Other than major national events & multimedia experiential installations, the multifaceted and influential figure wrote much-loved staged musicals such as FRIED RICE PARADISE, BEAUTY WORLD and SNOW.WOLF.LAKE.

    Dick's co-directed picture, WONDER BOY gained critical acclaim and was shown at international film festivals. A former ambassador for the Alzheimer's Disease Association and VisionSave, he founded the Dick Lee's Sunshine Project - benefitting disabled children and youth counselling centres in partnership with the Community Chest of Singapore.

  • He Shuming

    Screenwriter and Director

    He Shuming is an award-winning director and screenwriter. His works range from narrative fiction, television commercials, music videos and short documentaries. He has worked with clients such as Cartier, SingTel, Samsung, MCCY, NTUC Income and among others. Born and raised in Singapore, Shuming is a graduate of the Directing program at the American Film Institute (AFI) Conservatory. He was conferred the prestigious Young Artist Award in 2019 by the National Arts Council, Singapore’s highest artistic accolade.

    His debut feature film, AJOOMMA, premiered at the 27th Busan International Film Festival in the prestigious New Currents section. It garnered 4 nominations at the 59th Golden Horse Awards in Taipei, including Best New Director, Best Original Screenplay, Best Leading Actress and Best Supporting Actor. The film was Singapore’s entry for Best International Feature at the 95th Academy Awards.

  • Mary Chin

    Deputy Director, Outreach & Industry Partnerships, Singapore Polytechnic

    Mary Chin oversees industry partnerships, Story & Content Creation, Sound & Music and transdisciplinary course modules at the Media, Arts and Design School, Singapore Polytechnic (SP). A lecturer for more than 13 years, she specializes in storytelling for documentary and entertainment content. Her students produced works that received accolades and were exhibited internationally.

    Whilst at SP, Mary was the executive producer for several original content that were aired on Mediacorp’s channels, including BIG BRAINS, THE URBAN REVOLUTION, THEIR VOICES MET 我们的歌, and most recently, ODD JOB AGENCY, winner of Mediacorp’s Creative Assembly 2022. She started out as a writer-producer at MTV Asia, then oversaw the creative aspects for overseas programs such as BEYOND THE EDGE - A CLIFF DIVING EXPEDITION and APPETIZING ADVENTURES WITH LUKE MANGAN as a Supervising Producer at Mega Media.

  • Roger Yuen

    Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Clozette

    Roger Yuen creates results-driven solutions through a blend of integrated marketing & content strategy at Clozette, powered by a network of over 27,000 creators and influencers. A serial entrepreneur deeply rooted in digital transformation, he is also the cofounder of Visenze and 6Estates; both AI companies spun off from NExT, a research center jointly established between National University of Singapore (NUS) and Tsinghua University of China under the auspices of the National Research Foundation of Singapore.

    Roger’s passion for innovation has been a cornerstone of his 30+ years of experience in the digital industry, having helmed the Asia Pacific businesses of SoftBank Forums, ZDNet and CNet Networks. His past ventures included e-Cop, an internet security surveillance company, and social media intelligence provider Brandtology.

  • Virginia Lim

    Chief Content Officer, Mediacorp

    Virginia Lim oversees the company’s content creation and syndication, production facilities and resources at Mediacorp. She started out as a TV producer at Mediacorp (formerly TCS) before joining StarHub and is no stranger to the Singapore scene. Previously Viu’s chief content officer, she was responsible for all content strategies, production of original series and content investments across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa for the regional streaming platform.

    She spent more than a decade at Sony Pictures Television Networks, where she eventually took charge of the networks business in Asia, best known for its highly rated channels AXN and ONE. With over 26 years of experience in the media industry, Virginia has held a variety of leadership positions, including managing profit and loss, operations, advertising, distribution, content, production, and marketing.
